Bro. Raymond Rivers, President Bro. Raymond Rivers is the president and founder of Beacon Children's Ministries. Serving in many children's ministries in college, as a youth pastor and as a pastor; Bro. Raymond has a heart for kids. He has served on several youth and camp boards. He and his wife - Susan are happily married and live in Fultondale, Alabama. They are the new and proud parents of Hannah Ruth Rivers, born January 24, 2003. Bro. Raymond has earned a Bachelor's Degree in bible, Pastoral Training and Missions from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College; a Master of Arts Degree in Theology from Southwest Bible College & Seminary where he is presently working on his Doctorate.
Bro. Wayne Shirey, Vice-President Bro. Shirey is the former minister of education at Liberty Baptist church in Hartselle, Al and is currently a member at Harvest Baptist church in Harvest, Al. He is a retired systems engineer and is the webmaster of Beacon’s website. With five grandchildren, Bro.
